Cancellation 5 days or more prior to arrival: 100% refund of the tour/service cost including deposit.
Cancellation 4 to 3 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the tour/service cost.
Cancellation 2 days or less prior to arrival, or no show: No refund will be provided.
