We recognize that circumstances can shift unexpectedly, so we’ve crafted our cancellation policy to offer flexibility while upholding fairness. In the event of unforeseen acts of nature, we’re committed to either rescheduling your booking or issuing a full refund. For cancellations made 5 days or more before your scheduled trip, you’re entitled to a 100% refund of your deposit. Here’s a breakdown of our modern and reasonable cancellation policy:

• Cancellation 5 days or more prior to arrival: 100% refund of the tour/service cost including deposit.
• Cancellation 4 to 3 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the tour/service cost.
• Cancellation 2 days or less prior to arrival, or no show: No refund will be provided.
